I grew up with divorced parents who were both self-employed business owners.  Throughout my childhood and into my adult years, I worked for both of them in their respective businesses.   Both my Mother and Father always had a strong work ethic. They each taught me how to work hard, be reliable, and always treat the customer with the utmost respect, providing them with the best service and product available.   Each customer should leave feeling appreciated for their patronage and have a desire to return for excellent service and product.

I’ve had a strong passion to begin my own journey as a business owner for quite some time. Raising three successful children of my own made me put that dream on hold while I made sure my children’s dreams were realized first. Now that they are all on their own, it’s time for me to bring my dreams to reality.

I love growing plants. Plain and simple. And I also believe that I am very good at it! My creative flair has been burning for some time, and I realized that I have a talent for making innovative ways to display many different types of plants.

Being in a field of flowers and raising them as my own is where I am at my happiest.   I want to share my passion and knowledge of growing beautiful plants with others so they too can enjoy healthy and beautiful quality plants.

But there’s more to this story. I have an objective to reach in starting this business journey.  In 2011, I received the devastating news that my mother, Cheryl Pace, was diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer.   She was a strong woman and determined to win this battle.   Unfortunately, the cancer was stronger, and in August 2014, she passed away with her family and children by her side.

In memory of my mother, I have decided that with each plant that I sell, you can decide where a portion of the proceeds will go to help one of two causes. One is to support cancer research. Another cause near and dear to my heart is helping the plight of the families of fallen police officers.  It seems nearly on a weekly basis now I hear of an officer being senselessly killed while protecting others.  My sister has been a police officer for over 18 years and I’ve learned that many of the Officers killed in the line of duty usually don’t have enough life insurance coverage to both cover funeral expenses and helping with the cost of raising children, which many of them have.

I want everyone to know that when they order any of my products, they will receive the highest quality and best price for that product as well as support one of these two causes. Join me to make a difference in the lives of those battling cancer or families of fallen police officers.
